In a large skillet or pot, whisk together water and sauce mix. Add meatballs and heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.

You’ll need:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat egg and milk. Add cheese, onion, oats and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 8 loaves. Stir together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon half of the ketchup mixture over the loaves. Bake uncovered 45 minutes, until meat is to temperature. Spoon the rest of ketchup mixture over and bake (or broil) 5-10 more minutes.
