Mustard Garlic Sauce

- 150 g salted butter
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 3/4 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp french mustard

Potato Yeast Starter
Is your grocery store out of yeast? Yep – there’s a shortage! Make your own with a potato, some water, flour, sugar and a little bit of patience!
