Prepare a Pineapple
Start by cutting the top off the pineapple.

Next, stand the pineapple up and cut the rough outer layer off in strips until you’ve gone all the way around the pineapple.

Now, lay the pineapple on its side and cut it first down the middle in half and then into quarters.

Place the triangle-shaped pineapple quarter on the cutting board and slice off the tough inner core that runs through the center of the fruit.

Then slice each quarter into thin strips.
Slice into sections

Waffle Iron Cookies
Use your waffle iron for cookies in about 90 seconds.
- Warm up the iron.
- Coat with non-stick spray
- Spoon on a few bits of dough
- Close the iron
- After 90 seconds, remove and enjoy!
Cake Pops

- Bake time 35min
- Cool time 1 hr 30 min
- Total time: About 3 hr
- 1 Package of any boxed cake mix (Baked as directed on the box)
- 1/3 cup of your favorite frosting. Canned or homemade
- 1lb. Package of candy melts. Any color
- Popsicle sticks
- Any type of edible decorations
- Wax paper.
Bake cake and allow to cool completely (about one hour).
Crumble cake in large bowl and add frosting.
Put cake mixture in fridge and chill for 30 min or overnight
Shape dough into balls or press into favorite cookie cutter.
Melt candy coating according to directions on bag.
Dip end of Popsicle stick in candy melts and insert into cake ball. Allow to harden in refrigerator for about 10 min. This will help the cake to stay on the stick.
After you take the pops out of the refrigerator allow 2-4 min before you dip into the candy melts as to prevent cracking and dry upside down. At this point you can add decorations.
