What you’ll need
- Small balloons
- Chocolate
- Pudding or filling
- Topping like sprinkles or whipped cream
- Waxed paper on a baking pan
Start by melting some chocolate.
Dip balloon into chocolate
Set onto wax paper to dry. Add a little bit for the base of the next cup.
When dry pop the balloons
Chocolate cups are ready to fill
Fill with desired filling
