Fill a recycled clay pot with tightly fitting, secure styrofoam. Attach small liquor bottles and cigars to dowels with clear tape. Stick dowels into styrofoam angling as in picture. Fill in around and cover styrofoam with filler. Add a ribbon and gift to your favorite imbiber or use as a centerpiece!  via
