Use a couple of kiddie pools, over-turned buckets, and flat wood cut rounds the size of the bottom of upper pools (as support between bucket and pool). You can even spray paint them to your theme. Add drinks and ice – Neat!

Cut out shark and fish shapes from foam and tape into a dollar store blue vinyl tablecloth. Hang up on the ceiling below a light fixture so that it hangs loosely (not to touch the light). This will give an underwater feel to your space!

Top a window or wall with a row of balloons and add twisted crepe paper streamers. This is a simple and very inexpensive idea for a colorful photo backdrop!
Remember if it’s daytime, you’ll want to keep the blinds behind the streamers fully shut for optimal photography results!
