• ¾ cup artichokes drained and chopped, I used quartered in brine
• 1/2 pkg Ranch dressing seasoning mix I used Hidden Valley
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cups and ½ fresh spinach chopped
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
