No-Bake White Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Cups
I love everything about the title of this post… now let’s take a look at the picture.. OMG! This is my new favorite dessert/snack!
12 oz. white chocolate chips or chunks
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
pinch of vanilla powder (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
