Puffins: Pancake Muffins

… double batch of Bisquick pancake mix and filled the muffin tin cups part way. We added blueberries to some and chocolate chips to some… I finely chopped up apples and added them, then sprinkled on a bit of cinnamon, and some finely chopped pecans. Finally, I topped them with some whole oats.

Sounds super yummy for breakfast, after school snack, or a weekend sleep-over!

Mini Skittles ‘Burger’

You’ll need the following skittles per ‘burger’:

2 orange (buns)
1 purple (meat)
1 yellow (cheese)
1 red (tomato)
1 green (lettuce)

Squish and flatten skittles. Stack as in photo. Eat!

DIY Glitter Tattoos

You’ll need:

Contact paper

Scissors

Fine glitter (the finer the better)

Eyelash glue (can be found at the drug store. You MUST get the clear latex kind. It’s in a tube. NOT the clear glue in the bottle.) You can also use Elmer’s but it will likely rub off quickly. Eyelash glue dries in seconds. Also, I suspect rubber cement might work better than Elmer’s but I haven’t tried it.

Noodle Horse

a swimming noodle – the skinnier ones work best (one per horse)
twine, rope or your choice of something for the bridle that you can tie tightly
felt (9 x 12 sheets work well)
large wiggly eyes
low temp glue gun and glue
scissors

Skittles Infused Vodka

illdrinktothat says: I used (14 oz) bag of Skittles and split a handle of vodka evenly 5 ways. Shake and let soak for a few days, filter out all the sediment, and viola!
