Beer Brat Bites
Here’s a tasty appetizer to serve your guests!
- 1 package Johnsonville Bratwurst Sausages
- 1 12 ounce bottle beer
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Easy Butterscotch Sauce
Takes 5 minutes to make – do it tonight and serve over cold vanilla ice cream – YUM!
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, 1/4 cup or 2 oz
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (you can use dark as well – I like light)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
