Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 500g package cheese tortellini, cooked
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large container Cool Whip or 16 oz. whipping cream
  • 2 boxes Instant White Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Easter candy PEEP bunnies, edible grass, candy Easter eggs
