• 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped (about 8 to 10 slices)
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup diced jalapeno, this will be about 1 large jalapeno, I diced seeds as well
• 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
• 12 ounces buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
