Dough
5 1/2 to 6 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 pkg. yeast (6 3/4 teaspoons)
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 cup very warm tap water (120 degrees)
3 eggs
Apricot Filling
11 ounces dried apricots
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
Streusel
1/3 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
Colorblock Fruit Juice Popcicles

- ½ cup celery, chopped (1 stalk)
- ½ cup carrots, chopped (2 stalks)
- ½ t. dried thyme
- ½ medium onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1½ cups Irish stout
- 1 14.5 oz. can Hunt’s petite diced tomatoes
- 1 T. sugar
- 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 T. water
- Salt and pepper
