Sand down any rough edges on an old plank. Hammer nails into any random pattern and then give your kiddo a bunch of colorful rubber bands to make lots of geo-shapes!

Wood Scrap Boats
Save all the bumps, lumps, chunks, and sticks from your wood-working projects. Have the kids assemble with your help with wood glue or nails. Then paint and play! Don’t forget to sand sharp edges 🙂
