Sprinkled Sugar Cookie Sticks – or Matchsticks!
I’ve seen these called ‘Matchstick Cookies’ – try them and use colored sprinkles to match your party decor.
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Assorted sprinkles, toast coconut flakes or chopped nuts
