Strawberry Lemonade Bars
For the crust
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
For the Filling
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- zest of one lemon
- 2 TBSP lemonade drink mix ( Optional)
- 8 strawberries ( or more if you please)
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

The Giving Plate
Painting on Ceramics is easy using a sharpie pen. The fine tip sharpie works best. Bake the plate in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
