  • White Fondant (Roughly 2 lbs)
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup black fondant
  • Red Food Coloring

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, frozen

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

  • 1 cup warm water

  • Filling:

  • 2 slices Black Forest deli ham, finely diced

  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

  • Baking soda wash:

  • 1 cup hot beer

  • 1/4 cup baking soda

  • Egg wash:

  • 1 large egg

  • Everything seasoning salt

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
