Chili Frito Pie
Not necessarily a pie per say…. this is a down-home football-stand classic idea. Take a bag of Fritos, pour in some chili, top with cheese (and other stuff, if your fancy). Add a fork and go to town!
OR make a lovely plate like this for a party!
4 lbs. of ground chuck
1 14oz. can of diced tomatoes or Rotel with green chilies
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
2 pkgs. of Williams Original Chili seasoning
1 c. water
Salt to taste
Fritos
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
pickled jalapenos

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz grated/shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4-1/3 cup chopped green onion, divided
- 1/2 cup diced pickled jalapeños, extra as desired
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2-3 TBSP fresh parsley
- 2-3 fresh jalapeños (approx. 1/4 cup finely chopped)
- 1 slice mozzarella or white cheddar cheese
