You’ll need: Cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper and your favorite dried herbs.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use natural)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oatmeal
Peanut Butter Frosting:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2-3 Tbsp. milk
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Suprise your family with this fun side dish – or make these for snacking!

Ingredients:
2 large yellow onion
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups panko breadcrumbs
4 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
canola oil
dipping sauce of choice (ketchup, ranch, etc.)
