Easy Cinnamon French Toast Sticks
Lemony Lemon Brownies
I love lemon flavored desserts – can’t wait to try this one!
Ingredients:
Lemon Brownies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup flour
2 eggs, large
2 Tbsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt

Tart Lemon Glaze:
4 Tbsp lemon juice
8 tsp lemon zest
1 cup icing sugar
Cheesecake Fold-over Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter at room temperature
- 1 packed cup of fresh cheese (tvorog)
- ¼ cup sugar –
- add ½ tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1½- 2 cups flour
Cheesecake Filling
- ¾ cup fresh cheese (tvorog) or ricotta cheese
- ½ packet cream cheese (4 oz)
- ¼ cup sugar
