3 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups of shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes
1-1/3 cups of shredded, sweetened coconut flakes
1 ounce of milk chocolate chips, melted
Pink or red gel-paste food coloring, as needed; start with the tiniest bit, it goes a long way!
