BROWNIES

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour

OATMEAL COOKIE

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Cookies
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup freeze dried strawberries ground into fine powder
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Pink food coloring optional – I used Wilton’s pink gel color
Garnish
  • Additional freeze dried strawberries and pistachios

Instant Pot Lasagna Soup

Served in a crispy garlic bread bowl… yes, please!

Soup

1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/2 pound grass-fed ground beef
1/2 pound Italian sausage
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon fennel seeds crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 medium onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
4 cups beef bone broth
1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 1/2 ounces Fussilloni Pasta or broken lasagna noodles
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Ricotta Topping:
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, extra for serving
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley plus more for garnish
Fresh Basil for garnish
