Heavenly – try it!
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup light corn syrup
- ¾ cup water
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 egg whites, room temperature
- 3 tbsp Jell-O (powder)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or other flavor
- 1 cup chopped pecans, optional
Whole Wheat Cumin and Onion Buns
Eggless – but still yummy!
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Lukewarm Water
- 1 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Rice Bran Oil + few drops for greasing the tray and bowl
- 1/2 tsp soft butter
- 3 tsps of Cumin seeds or Jeera
- 1 small onion finely chopped

- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
Lemon Glaze:
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest (I just used the zest from one lemon)
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (I got exactly this amount from squeezing one large lemon)
- 1/4 cup hot water
