There are no instructions supplied here. So let’s make some up!

You’ll need:

• Circle of wood
• Wire
• 4 caster rollers, and appropriate washers and screws
• fabric
• rope
• tools and sewing equipment

Basket:

Use wire cutters to cut off every other horizontal section to make tabs as in photo. Fold over and wrap your wire around wooden circle as in photo. I would overlap the wire up the side a bit for strength. You could use the small cut-offs to secure the sides (just make sure they wont grab at the fabric)

Bag:

Cut a circle of thick/strong fabric same size as wood circle. Cut another the same size and length of wire sides – but taller enough to fold over for the rope drawstring. Sew pieces together and fish the rope through. voila!
