1 tsp. beeswax beads
1 tsp. sunflower oil
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. (total) comfrey and/or rosemary extract (optional)
2-5 drops flavoring (optional)- peppermint, cherry, grape, vanilla, or orange
1 capsule Vitamin E
