Jalapeno Mac and Cheese

A family favorite with a kick!

  • 10 oz macaroni noodles , uncooked
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 7 oz can jalapeno slices, drained
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
  • 1 1/4 (300 ml) cups organic vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbs tahini sesame paste
  • 7 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • salt, pepper to taste

Mint Chocolate Brownies

Either you love mint or you don’t – we LOOOVE it!

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  •  cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, for extra creamy fudginess
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff*
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • Green gel food coloring
  • 1 sleeve chopped mint OREO cookies
  • *Substitute melted white chocolate for the marshmallow fluff if you aren’t a marshmallow fan
