- 5 cups bite-sized broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 ounces mini heirloom cherry, or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
