I generally make my ice cream cake with one layer of sandwiches in a 9X13 dish, topped with whipped cream.
If I’m feeling fancy, I drizzle chocolate syrup on top in a stripe-y pattern and call it a Frozen Zebra cake.
But, I came across this version and had to share. It looks just about as easy as mine.
It takes 12 ice cream sandwiches, chocolate whipped cream and sprinkles.
