Use strips of craft paper or thin paper bags. Roll as shown. Prep a jar by adding bulk if desired. Start winding using hot glue to keep in place. via

My children and I did these for their RECYCLED project at school. It was a wonderful creation NO ONE else thought of. And the best part is, we still use them!
