- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 to 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 16-oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 16-oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 15-oz can tomato sauce
- 3 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
