Is the dried italian seasoning a pack of salad dressing mix or actual italian seasoning?
I used a packet of Italian dressing mix – and they turned out great!
Are the shrimp already cooked when you put them in the oven?
no – and they don’t take too long to cook. If you over cook them they are rubbery.
can the shrimp be frozen?
I ran the shrimp under warm water and it thaws really quickly.

Yes there is dried Italian seasoning, McCormick makes it. It’s in a seasoning jar not a packet.

If you don’t have a salad dressing packet, can you use the regular mixture of italian seasoning herbs? If so, what quantity (a teaspoon, a tablespoon, etc)?
What do you serve with this? I’m thinking a salad, but what else?
