Do It And How 
I thought about using one of those before stapling pants for emergency hemming but will probably use Rust-oleum spray paint to up the odds of no bleeding in the washing machine.
So I have metal staples in my lattice that I put together for my deck is the paint going to stick to them ?? Or could I lightly sand them which would make the paint stick more thank you in advance Lori
