This looks so easy!
*Updated suggestion* Prep bottom of pan with shortening and flour – for best results.
Bake the cookies on the bottom of a cupcake pan as shown. Bake til golden. Let cool, and carefully remove. Line the inside of cooled cookies with frosting – Either from the can or whip up a little milk and powdered sugar. Rinse and dry fruit, then put into cookie cup – yum!

Awesome!! My little Italia said Mimi let’s do this today!!
What a great idea.. but is there a trick to getting them off after baked? Mine stuck even though I sprayed with non-stick spray. 😦 Now i have to try and figure out what to do with all the cookie crumbs.. LOL
I placed the silicon muffin cups on the upside down muffin tray then add the cookie dough and bake. Cookie cups slid off nicely!
mine stuck also ????
I am going to try this and use cream cheese and sugar to make the frosting. I just love fruit pizza 🙂
I used cheese cake filling then top with the fruit of choice.
Good idea!
I just tried this and mine stuck just crumbled. I was looking forward to them but we just ate the pieces just as good I guess. there’s got to be a trick to get them out!
you have have to be generous with the shorting and flour also do not let the cookie bowls cool on the pan then you are going to have trouble.
I was looking forward to making these but when I cooked them the dough fell right off the tops of the muffin tops and spread out in between the “hills”. What did I do wrong?
Sounds like either a problem with too high of temperature or too much dough used on each.
I spray the INSIDE of the muffin tins place dough inside and sort of make the inside smooth w/melon baller. Cool only for a few min. Pops right out! I used greek yogurt, Jello cheesecake powder (2 T) and some milk to thin! Put fresh fruit in top. Yummmmm
Nice – Thanks for the info!
Easy idea
