*Updated suggestion* Prep bottom of pan with shortening and flour – for best results.

Bake the cookies on the bottom of a cupcake pan as shown. Bake til golden. Let cool, and carefully remove. Line the inside of cooled cookies with frosting – Either from the can or whip up a little milk and powdered sugar. Rinse and dry fruit, then put into cookie cup – yum!

  1. What a great idea.. but is there a trick to getting them off after baked? Mine stuck even though I sprayed with non-stick spray. 😦 Now i have to try and figure out what to do with all the cookie crumbs.. LOL

  2. I am going to try this and use cream cheese and sugar to make the frosting. I just love fruit pizza 🙂

  3. I just tried this and mine stuck just crumbled. I was looking forward to them but we just ate the pieces just as good I guess. there’s got to be a trick to get them out!

  4. you have have to be generous with the shorting and flour also do not let the cookie bowls cool on the pan then you are going to have trouble.

  5. I was looking forward to making these but when I cooked them the dough fell right off the tops of the muffin tops and spread out in between the “hills”. What did I do wrong?

  6. I spray the INSIDE of the muffin tins place dough inside and sort of make the inside smooth w/melon baller. Cool only for a few min. Pops right out! I used greek yogurt, Jello cheesecake powder (2 T) and some milk to thin! Put fresh fruit in top. Yummmmm
