  1. The picture and the recipe are NOT the same. Don’t be fooled — the picture looks like a dish from PF Chang. Funny. The recipe is pretty crappy. Just a fair warning.

    1. Hmmm… sorry about that – The pic that came with the recipe wasn’t original either… I guess I’m going to have to make this again and take an actual photo! I quite enjoyed the chicken, but I’m pretty easy to please πŸ™‚ I tried to google a pic that looks very similar to what mine looked like, but i didn’t want to be called out again!!
If anyone makes this sooner than me and would like to add their photo let me know – I’d be happy to use it in the post.

  2. I found this recipe on Pinterest. My husband and I enjoyed the recipe. I am making it again tonight with a little less chicken broth and a little more teriyaki (we really like the teriyaki flavor). I am also going to cut the chicken into cubes this time before cooking so the flavor sets in a little more. The teriyaki sauce that is left over is a little watery, but since we make ours with white rice, we just pour a little on top of the rice. I also cooked it on high for 3 hours and it was perfect. I think people’s crock pots vary though. Overall a simple and fast recipe.
