- Modpodge onto straight glass candle holders.
- When dry, put candle in and light.
I suggest: add a ribbon.

what kind of vellum paper?
I’m having trouble keeping the vellum paper from wrinkling when I apply the modpodge, do you have any suggestions or can you explain how you did it?
Another site recommended using spray adhesive instead of modpodge.
do you apply mod podge in front and in back of the picture before you stick it on the glass?
I always do the modpodge on both sides
