- 6 hard cooked eggs, cut in half, yolks and whites separated
- 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
- 1 Tablespoon fig preserves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small pieces of prosciutto for serving
- balsamic glaze (store bought or high quality balsamic vinegar, reduced)
