You’ll need: dollar store wine glasses, assorted rubber bands, frosted glass spray paint.
Package a set of 4 with a bottle of wine for a nice gift!

Are these dishwasher safe?
Can you give instructions on how to do? Like how long do you leave the rubber bands on? Until the paint is dry? Do they come off easily?
I didn’t see anything on how there made or what there for and comments I’ve read no one knows any answers
You can use a product like this at Home Depot: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum-Specialty-11-oz-Frosted-Glass-Spray-Paint-1903830/100195608
Turn them over to spray (to keep the paint out of the inside). Pull the rubber bands off, once the paint is dry. Once completely dried, hand wash with soapy water.
So can u drink out of these even though it’s spray painted
