  • 14 ozs noodles (small elbow macaroni)
  • 8 ozs shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 ozs shredded parmesan cheese
  • 14 ozs artichoke hearts (can of, drained and chopped)
  • 10 ozs spinach (chopped, thawed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • red pepper flakes (topping, optional)
  • parmesan cheese (Additional, for topping, optional)
