- 14 ozs artichoke hearts (can of, drained and chopped)
- 10 ozs spinach (chopped, thawed and drained)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsps butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- red pepper flakes (topping, optional)
- parmesan cheese (Additional, for topping, optional)
