Shepherd’s Pie Potato Skins

So hearty and yummy – gotta make this one tonight!

You’ll Need
Baked Potato Mash
– 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
– ¼ to ½ cup whole milk
– 2-½ tablespoons butter
– ½ teaspoon salt
Filling
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– ½ medium onion, diced
– 8 ounces ground beef
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 1 cup beef broth
– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1-½ teaspoons salt
– ¾ teaspoon black pepper
– 1-½ cups frozen vegetables
