Sugar Cookies:
1 C Sugar
3 C Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 C Butter
2 Eggs
4 Tbsp Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
Frosting:
1/3 C Butter
3 C Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
1 1/2 Tsp Almond extract (or vanilla if you prefer)
