I’d like to meet the person who’d be able to resist this meal!!!

- non-stick cooking spray
- 8 slices bacon
- ¾ cup hot buffalo sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot
- ¼ cup cream cheese, at room temperature
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- half a stick celery, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- sea salt, to taste
- fresh black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 4 thin cheddar cheese slices
- butter, for melting on skillet
