Dress up that boring ground pork!

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 tablespoons real maple syrup (not pancake syrup)
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon (or less) cayenne pepper*
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black peppe
