- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes, sliced
- English cucumber, sliced
- Green, red or orange bell pepper, sliced
- Fresh spinach chopped
