- 1/2 cup (2.5 ounces) plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup (4 ounces) extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
