Maple Rosemary Bar Nuts

This is a flavor combo I wouldn’t have thought of!

  • 8 cups unsalted raw mixed nuts (such as brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, almonds, pistachios, and/or peanuts)
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1-2 tablespoons sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
