This is a flavor combo I wouldn’t have thought of!

- 8 cups unsalted raw mixed nuts (such as brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, almonds, pistachios, and/or peanuts)
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1-2 tablespoons sea salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
