Chicken Meatball Meal Prep

Make these yummy chicken meatballs and add rice cauliflower or your favorite rice dish and veggies for a meal prep win!

For the plain chicken meatballs, you’ll need:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
