Crazy Crust Pizza

The trick is; you bake the liquid batter with some of the topping ingredients to firm up the dough. Then you add your sauce, cheese and more toppings for the final round in the oven. NEAT!

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2-4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
