Oh yeah – gotta try these this fall for sure!

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 large apple peeled & chopped
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2-3 tbs milk
