  • ¼ cup chopped dried apple
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
