- 2 lb Chuck Roast
- 2 cups Red Onion thinly sliced
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme chopped, or 1/4 tsp dried
- 2 tsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1-2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour or cornstarch
